Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Btech-Inc VM24i parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Leeson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Carel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Carlo-Gavazzi product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Leeson such as the C6T17FC189A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCO3000BS0 manufactured by Carel and we are pleased to be able to service most Carel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 512AZSPBPAC100 by Manufacturer Carlo-Gavazzi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bystronic Brand B700025 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cambridge such as N4S500 equipment made by Cambridge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cambridge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cambridge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8793 made by Burkert as well as the popular CC292T3600AB46FMMS original spares produced by Carlen-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9C3001 by Cabletron and N4S500 spares by Cambridge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 80RDM4H20330 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Camco.
